Law of 25 December 1980, amended by law 19-05 in 2006, on the conservation of historic monuments and sites, inscriptions, objects of art and antiquities; it organises inscription, listing, the State's pre-emption right and penalties. A law 33-22 meant to replace it was between the two houses of parliament in 2025.
